The first track is a brief chanting of the Satipattana Sutta by Ven Omalpe Sobhita Thero and even if one can not understand the meaning it will bring enormous relief and lightness to one’s mind.
The next six tracks are the Sinhala Chanting of the Sutta as translated by Ven Kiribathgoda Gnanananda Thero which will give the opportunity to attain a reasonable clarity of mind.
The last three tracks are the chanting of the full discourse in Pali and the full length version.
